Thank you for your steady presence and effort this year; every step, rhythm, and habit you built, no matter how small, deserves to be honored. Tai Chi is a practice of ease, so come to class whenever your schedule allows, and simply let me know which day you plan to join; if you cannot come, there is no need to explain. We all learn at our own pace, and I’ve grown alongside you through the different rhythms each of you brings.
As we move into a new year, gentle progress comes from thoughtful planning, so I encourage you to look ahead and choose the classes that support your wellbeing. Below is our January–February schedule; feel free to explore the courses and register early to reserve your spot.
