Foundation Class for Routine Practice and Dao Yin Qigong
For All Levels;
For students who want to review the QiGong and the routine of Zhang San Feng 13 Shi
Days and Times:
- The 2nd and the 4th Sunday of each month (Besides September 28), 1-2 pm
