our studio offers a peaceful environment just minutes from the NYS Thruway
and downtown New Paltz.
Our teachings draw from traditional Tai Chi, classical Taoist principles,
and the refined wisdom of martial arts.
Through slow, intentional movement and steady breath,
we guide students toward greater balance, clarity, and overall wellness.
Classes are small and personalized,
allowing each student to receive careful attention
while respecting individual needs, abilities, and rhythms.
We do not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care;
our practice supports general well‑being through mindful movement
and the philosophy of harmony between body and mind.

or a longer season of practice,
