     A Comprehensive Learning Experience: Each class goes beyond just teaching form segments. Plus, our annual repetition ensures continuous growth for students of all levels.

     Flexible Schedule: Join us for the first part of the course from April to June, and continue your journey from August to October. With a total of 18 hours of training, you can tailor your participation to suit your schedule and preferences.

Course Title: Go with the Flow (Wu Wei)

Time: 2nd and 4th Thursday,

6 – 7:30 pm 


Part 1 (April – July)

Part 2 (August – October)

- Total duration: 9 hours

$150 for a 6-hour package. (for students who want to experience the course)

To Create a Sense of Community: Each student needs to get a set of linen Tao Tai Chi outfits for $40, or a top for $30, pants for $15.

For these classes if you already have Tao Tai Chi Studio outfit, either the top or bottom then you don’t need to buy any clothing to participate in a class.  

Course Description

      This course emphasizes the flexibility and depth of each topic, showcasing their relevance in both offensive and defensive contexts, and their potential benefits for fitness and wellness. Students will have the opportunity to grasp the fundamental principles of movements and engage in traditional training methods such as pushing hands. Additionally, participants will delve into the practical application of basic Qigong techniques and mindfulness practices within the framework of Tai Chi meditation and exercise, all within a supportive and relaxed learning environment, fostering a deeper understanding of this ancient art.


      The instructor will tailor exercises to align with each student's unique characteristics and preferences, ensuring a personalized learning experience. Whether students commit to bi-monthly sessions for a three-month period or choose to extend their participation, they will acquire valuable insights and tangible progress in their Tai Chi journey.
