It simply helps you recognize where you belong right now.
Not sure where to begin?
Many students are not certain at first.
Some start with private training
and later join a group.
Some begin in a group
and add private sessions over time.
Some come first for Tea & Tai Chi
and return later for deeper study.
You do not need to decide everything now.
Begin with a short conversation,

Nature of Wellness
A Quiet Studio, Led by One Teacher
Tao Tai Chi Studio is a small, one‑teacher space.
All programs are taught by the founder, Jing Shuai,
whose path in Tai Chi began more than twenty years ago
and has been shaped by teachers from traditional lineages in China
as well as many years of teaching in the United States.
The studio’s approach is simple:
learn with sincerity, practice with steadiness,
and let the art unfold at its natural pace.
Many students appreciate this grounded way of learning
and the continuity of studying with one teacher
who has walked the path for a long time.
If you wish to learn more about the teacher’s background
and the traditions that have influenced this studio, you are welcome to explore:
A Practice of
Timing and Alignment
At Tao Tai Chi Studio, we believe that practice begins
when time, people, and intention come together.
You do not have to force the right moment.
When the heart is ready, the first step feels natural.
You are welcome to take your time.
You are welcome to read, to pause, and to return later.
When you feel ready,
the next step is simple.
