I admire my master Shixing Chen, not only because he is brilliant but because of his humble and low-key style. As one of China’s recognized leading contemporary martial artists and a living legend, his achievements come from his extraordinary perseverance, unremitting efforts and persistence. To be accepted as his protégé is indeed an honor.
As a Tai Chi instructor, it is important for me to continue to study under my chosen master in order to pass along his knowledge, experience and insight to my students.
